Bretto's Fine Foods is a proudly family owned and operated business forged in the heart of the Riverina and is driven by flavour, passion and a love of local produce.

Led by acclaimed local chef Brett Le Petit, bringing over 25 years of culinary experience to every bottle. Brett's journey has taken him through some of Brisbane's top restaurants and along Australia's Eastern Coast, honing his craft and absorbing a wealth of techniques and influences. 

BUT it is the Riverina that shaped him - and it is here that his boldest creations come to life.

Every one of Brett's sauces are designed and handcrafted from scratch. No shortcuts. No compromises. Brett meticulously researches, tests, and fine-tunes each ingredient to achieve perfect balance, depth and punch. From concept to finished product, the process can only be described as pure magic.

Local produce sits at the core of Bretto's Fine Foods. The chilli sauce range features fresh Australian Habanero and Jalapeno chillies. The Jalapeno & Green Apple Sauce showcases crisp Batlow Granny Smith Apples sourced from Wagga Fruit Supply. The bold Habanero Cherry & Licorice Sauce brings together fresh Cherries from Young NSW and Licorice paste crafted by the iconic Junee Licorice and Chocolate Factory. 

The BBQ range delivers serious tenacity, led by the epic Whisky BBQ Sauce and infused with the award-winning Corowa Characters Whisky from the legends at Corowa Distilling Co. 

Bretto's Fine Foods proudly uses a high percentage of Australian ingredients, with a commitment to increasing local sourcing further in the future.
