Order Processing
Please note that we are a small batch business. In addition some of our sauces use fresh seasonal produce. We make every effort to source this produce when available, however there may be times where factors beyond our control impact availability. If this occurs certain products in our online shop will say sold out. We will do our best to restock our products as soon as possible and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Every effort will be made to process orders within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Bulk orders may require longer processing periods depending on the quantity. You will be contacted with an estimated processing time and asked for your confirmation to proceed with your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/message with tracking details (where available).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping and handling costs are calculated at checkout based on approximate order size and weight. As expected the more bottles ordered the heavier the parcel becomes and the parcel size increases. Australia post increases their postage and box prices accordingly. Handling costs such as bubble wrap, inflatable packaging bags and boxes are added to your postage cost and included in the final price. We want to ensure we package your order as securely as possible so that it arrives safely for you to enjoy. We have discounted reinforced Australia parcel postage boxes in your final shipping and handling price in order to absorb some of this cost for our customers.
Bulk orders of 13 bottles or more will be sent over 2 or more boxes depending on the quantity. You can still place your order however the $50.00 shipping and handling amount in the checkout is a minimum starting amount only. You will be contacted with a manual shipping and handling quote which will vary depending on the amount of bottles ordered, the parcel weight and box sizes. We will seek your confirmation and updated payment in order to proceed with and complete your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated while we work out the best, and most cost effective option for you so that your order may arrive safely.
Estimated delivery times:
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or customs processing. Please contact Australia Post or the relevant courier in the first instance with your tracking number. We are happy to then assist if required however the package is no longer our responsibility once it is in the care of the courier. If you require additional insurance please send us an email and quote your order number. We will reply with a quote for the additional insurance. Your order will be shipped once payment has cleared.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier first. We will assist where possible but are not responsible for delays or losses once the package is in the courier’s possession.
Food Product Disclaimer
Our sauces are a food product and is shipped in sealed packaging. We take care to pack orders securely, but we cannot control handling once the package leaves our facility.
