Refund policy

No Returns or Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final.

Our sauces are food items, and for health and safety reasons we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped or delivered.

Exceptions

We will, of course, make it right if:

• You receive the wrong item

• Your order arrives damaged or leaking

• There is a manufacturing defect

If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A photo of the issue

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
